Application Procedure

1.    We require all our tenants to pay rent by direct debit from a nominated bank account.
2.    If there is more than one applicant, a separate application form is required for each applicant.
3.    If approved, we require either credit card details or bank cheque for the rental bond, and your first rent payment to be deposited to our nominated trust account via EFT asap.
4.    If approved, you will be required to sign a tenancy agreement within 24 hours in order to secure the property.

Please attach the following forms of identification:
a)    Either a current drivers licence OR Passport PLUS
b)    One of the following - Medicare card, Proof of Age card, Birth Certificate, Utility bill (less than 3 months).

Please also attach the following documents:
a)    Proof of rental history: Last four rental receipts or Printout of tenancy history.
b)    Proof of current address (if not current on drivers licence): Utility statements (no greater than six months old) or Council rates notice.
c)    Proof of income: 3 previous pay slips or Bank statement OR If self-employed - tax returns or BAS statements.
